Large-Scale Wet Method Compound Fertilizer Plant

Automatic steam granulation line designed for high-capacity NPK fertilizer production with optimal efficiency and uniform granule quality.

Working Principle

Raw materials are precisely metered by computerized belt weighers and fed into a rotary drum granulator. Saturated steam is injected directly into the rolling material bed, where it condenses and releases heat that partially dissolves chemical bonds (such as urea), creating a highly uniform liquid phase.

Under this optimal thermal-moisture state, the powder spheres easily roll into dense pellets. The resulting wet pellets proceed through a massive rotary dryer for moisture removal, followed by cooling in a counter-flow cooler, screening for size grading, anti-caking oil application, and final automated bagging.
